TABLES AND CHAIRS

 

Safety/Operating Instructions: Customer is responsible to assemble and disassemble the tables and chairs. As with any table/chair over loading can cause the structure to fail. While ASAP Party Rentals is providing a heavy-duty table and chair, misuse, abuse, or improper usage can result in the structure failure. Customer agrees to follow manufacturer load ratings and ensure the proper used of the tables and chairs. (No standing on tables or chairs) Customer will keep in maintain safety rules for crowd control and assume any and all risk of injury arising out of table or chair failure due to improper use.

Customer Responsibility: Customer will disassemble and restock/pile all the tables and chairs. All tables and chairs shall be returned in the same condition as it was rented.

 In case of damage, a separate assessment shall be made for its repairs or replacement. Customer shall be responsible for an additional cost of the damage incurred except as otherwise damage due to causes of ordinary wear and tear. Customer shall not sublease the rented items to anyone or use the said items in an illegal manner or for illegal purpose.

 

TENT INFORMATION

Space NeedsAll tents require additional room beyond their size for staking and set up the tent. Allow a minimum of 2 feet around the perimeter of the tent for set up. That means if you order a 20×20 size tent the area you need to have for proper installation should be 24×24.

Check above the area you plan to set up to make sure there are not low laying tree limbs or overhead power lines. All tent rentals included set up and breakdown.

Staking: All tents require anchoring to the ground for stability and safety.  The renter is responsible for having all underground utilities located prior to the set up.

The customer should contact their local utilities to mark off any underground service.

We are not responsible for any set up damages including but not limited to pipes or sprinkler systems.

DRY/WET BOUNCE HOUSES AND WATER SLIDES

FOLLOWING RULES AND WARNINGS: All safety and operation instructions must be obeyed in the use of these units and followed at all times.

ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES: A responsible ADULT must supervise the dry/wet bounce house, water slide at all times.

WARNING- Extra caution and supervision are required for children aged 3 and younger.

No one shall operate, supervise, or enter bounce house/water slide, under the influence of ALCOHOL, DRUGS or any other legal or illegal drug or substance.

No one should enter the bounce house with any type of existing injury: Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the dry/wet bounce house and water slide at any time.

  • PLEASE HAVE BOUNCERS REMOVE ITEMS SUCH AS: Shoes, jewelry, glasses, dangle earrings, anklets, bracelets, belts, and any sharp or bulky items that may reside in pockets before using the inflatable.
  • No food, drinks, or chewing gum on the inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean.
  • NO FACE PAINTS, NO SILLY STRING, NO PLAY SAND, NO GLITTER, SLIME.

To be used in or near the inflatable. These products cause severe damage and permanent staining to the inflatable! Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning or damage fee. The balance due will be charged on the credit card provided by the customer at the time of purchase and a signed rental agreement to officially reserve rental items.

  • No BBQs, grills, fireworks, or open fires around the inflatable.
  • NO smoking on or around the inflatable.
  • Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls and mesh netting is not allowed.
  • Do not play or climb on outside walls, netting side column or roof of bounce house or water slide.
  • Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Keep the number of children in the unit at or below 1000 ponds
  • Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner that could cause injury or distress to others.
  • No pets, toys, or sharp objects on the inflatable at any time.
  • Do not allow anyone to be in or on the inflatable during inflation/deflation.
  • Please have kids play and bounce in a safe manner.
  • Water Slide Rentals and Wet bounce houses. TURN OF WATER HOSE PRIOR TO DEFLATING THE SLIDE. Failure to do so will flood the inside of slide resulting in a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Wet bounce houses and water slides can be filled with WATER ONLY nothing else can be use or add it to the water. For example, but not limited soap or oil. These products can damage permanently the inflatable and it will result in an additional damage fee.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of harsh weather or acts of God, (Severe thunderstorms, tornados, high winds, etc.) Please evacuate the tent & do not mess with the tent. If anything happens, please call us (317) 401-5271 We will take care of it.

We reserve the right to take the tent, bounce house, water slide down to prevent equipment, persons, and property from any possible harm or damage.

 

BOUNCE HOUSES/ WATER SLIDES cannot be used if there are winds of 20 mph or more and cannot be used in the rain or thunderstorms. It would not be safe for your children.

 

TENTS Cannot be used if there winds of 20mph, heavy rain or thunderstorms If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should cancel the rental and reschedule your event.

 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order in the event that harsh weather doesn’t allow for set up, or will cause harm to any rented equipment, as well persons or property. In this rare event your deposit will be refunded in full.

We ask that you have alternative plans in case of inclement weather.

 

 

 

Liability Disclaimer

 

  1. This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear is acceptable).
  2. Customer agrees to ASAP Party Rentals right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess said equipment.
  3. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.
  4. The customer is responsible for all equipment from the point of delivery until pick up.
  5. The lessee will also take on, full responsibility & will held liable for any damage that occur to any/all equipment. Lessees will be charge for damage, broken, lost, or stolen rental equipment at the replacement cost, including labor.

 

  1. If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay $4000.00 (four thousand dollars zero cents).

 

  1. There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness either expressed o implied.

 

 

  1.  All orders require a deposit of $50. It will be taken by a credit card. This deposit is deducted from your balance- which is due at the time of delivery, and prior to the equipment being set up. A signed rental agreement is required to officially reserve rental items.

 

  1. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the deposit will not be returned but instead will be regarded as an in-house credit with ASAP Party Rentals that will remain valid for one year from the date of the cancelled reservation. A cancellation made with less than 2 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the

deposit. if cancellation is done on the day of your event a fee of 20% of the balance due will be charged on the credit card provided by the customer at the time of purchase and a signed rental agreement to officially reserve rental items.

 

 

 

HOLD HARMLESS INDEMNIFICATION.

ASAP Party Rentals Cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Customer understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damaged or death to any participant.  Customer agrees to indemnify and hold ASAP Party Rentals harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, actual attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment.  Customer hereby releases and holds harmless ASAP Party Rentals from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ASAP Party Rentals from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof.

Customer Acknowledgment – Customer acknowledges and certifies that they understand the contents of this agreement. They have had a sufficient opportunity to ask for clarifications which are unclear in this agreement and have been satisfied by the response given to them by the Church representative. By signing this agreement, they agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein as well as bound to the rules of the applicable state and federal laws.
